The Aeparmia team was selected by the developer to provide comprehensive dry utilities consulting services, which includes the development of over 1,500 residential units and an amenity center, divided into 10 phases. Aeparmia’s responsibilities include overseeing a team that conducts records research, surveying, planning, coordination, design, and permitting of utilities.
The team has successfully completed the design for offsite electrical design and permitting, phase 1 of dry utilities, and is currently finalizing phase 2 permitting process. The team provides regular updates to the client, holds regular meetings with utilities and other project stakeholders, and performs quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on all deliverables to ensure the highest standard of work.
This ongoing project reflects Aeparmia’s team in managing complex, multi-phase development efforts while maintaining consistent communication and technical oversight.
