We encourage a life-work balance mind state, please not that this does not mean we don’t work! We are very hard working during the time dedicated for the job. However, we understand there needs to be time for school, family and travel, or as simple as car or doctor appointments. We adopted a 4-day week, and a work from home structure to add on the convenience, and increase productivity. Professional development and team building activities are part of our culture.
